Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team? We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to manage daily administrative tasks, support our operations, and ensure our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

  • Assemble and lock down client files accurately and timely

  • Filing of Annual Returns

  • Manage incoming CRA and Alberta government correspondence

  • Scan and archive documents into our digital filing system

  • Send out year-end letters to clients on a monthly basis

  • Maintain and update our company website as needed

  • Monitor the general info email inbox and forward messages accordingly

  • Make timely and accurate bank deposits

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administrative or office experience (1-2 years preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with CaseWare and Profile is an asset

  • Comfortable working independently and multitasking effectively

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
